jlgg Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and jlgg ("Platform," "We," "Us," or "jlgg"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jlgg.cam. jlgg operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jlgg platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, sabong, bingo, sports betting, or any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the jlgg platform.

1 General Provisions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between jlgg and any User who accesses or interacts with the platform in any capacity. They apply to all services offered by jlgg, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, sabong, sports betting, poker, promotional activities, loyalty programs, and all customer support interactions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an account on jlgg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for participation in casino-style gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines;
• You are a legal resident or present within a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services through jlgg is lawful;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jlgg or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of jlgg or any of its affiliated companies, in circumstances where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jlgg at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other details as jlgg may require. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.4 jlgg implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering legislation. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and other supporting documents before withdrawal privileges are activated or high-value transactions are processed.

3 Account Management

3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jlgg account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. jlgg will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.2 You must notify jlgg immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, or any other security breach. jlgg shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the User has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or report a breach promptly.

3.3 jlgg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of this Agreement, abuse of promotional offers, or non-compliance with any applicable law or regulatory requirement. In such circumstances, jlgg will act in accordance with its legal obligations regarding the handling of account balances.

3.4 Users may request the closure of their jlgg account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be remitted to the User's verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 jlgg accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at jlgg's discretion.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount on jlgg is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. jlgg does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned, minus any applicable transaction fees, and may trigger an account review.

4.4 jlgg does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jlgg's control.

4.5 jlgg reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name and, where applicable, the same method used for the deposit. jlgg does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.2 Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not eligible to withdraw funds until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.3 Verified GCash and InstaPay withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

5.4 jlgg does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions to verified accounts. Processing timelines may be affected by scheduled system maintenance or extraordinary circumstances.

5.5 jlgg reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for a reasonable period to conduct fraud checks, AML reviews, or verification of bonus wagering compliance. Users will be notified of any delay and its reason.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by jlgg are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit conditions, which will be stated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Unless otherwise explicitly stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-variance gameplay to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to accumulate bonus balances; and any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

6.5 Bonuses are available to individual players for personal recreational use only. Use of automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with bonus play is prohibited.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 All games available on jlgg use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments.

7.5 Sabong

Live sabong events on jlgg are subject to the rules of the specific event organizer. jlgg acts as a facilitating platform and is not responsible for the conduct or outcome of physical sabong events beyond its control.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlgg and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with jlgg games or services;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables, poker, or sports betting syndicates;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage;

jlgg employs fraud detection systems and works actively with PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies to detect and address prohibited conduct. Users found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will forfeit any outstanding balance.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jlgg platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the jlgg brand identity — is the property of jlgg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jlgg platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No User acquires any ownership right in any content on the platform.

9.3 Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or commercial exploitation of any jlgg content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.3 jlgg implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted to and from the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

12.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using jlgg, you acknowledge that you may lose the money you wager and that jlgg bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Users.

13 Amendments to This Agreement

13.1 jlgg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published at jlgg.cam/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. For material changes, jlgg will use reasonable efforts to notify active Users via their registered contact information.

13.2 Your continued use of the jlgg platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the platform immediately and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

14.2 In the event of a dispute relating to jlgg's regulated gaming activities, Users may also raise concerns with PAGCOR through its established regulatory complaint mechanism.
